Yes you can. This is called Proxy access. The proxy will need to have their own MyChart account. If the proxy does not have a MyChart account the can sign up here.
For pediatric patients this allows a parent (or guardian) to log into their personal MyChart account, and then connect to information regarding their family member. Complete a Proxy Consent Form at the time of the childís visit. Once Proxy access has been granted, you will receive a proxy confirmation letter via U.S. Postal mail, unless access is granted while in the office. Note: At age 12 this privilege is automatically changed to a more restricted access.
For adult patients this allows another person, of the patientís choosing, to log into their own personal MyChart account, and then connect to information regarding the patientís information. The patient will need to complete a Proxy Consent Form at the time of their visit and the proxy information may be given to the patient or the proxy at the time of the visit. This privilege can be revoked by the patient at any time.Return to Top
Please note that Proxy Access can take up to 1 week to be granted.
